Radiant, a California-based startup which is developing the first portable, zero-emissions nuclear microreactor that works anywhere, has secured $1.2m in funding to continue development of portable nuclear microreactors of 1-MW-plus that could provide an alternative to fossil fuels for both military and commercial applications.
