Europe’s attitude to financing of reactors ‘beginning to change’
Bulgarian state company Kozloduy NPP New Builds and the Bulgarian government are likely to look to export credits from the US, as well as potentially some European Union structural funding, to finance the construction of two new Westinghouse AP1000 reactors at Kozloduy-7 and -8, an analyst told NucNet on 20 February.
