5 Nov (NucNet): The Belgian Nuclear Research Centre (SCK•CEN) and the European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva have signed a cooperation agreement to develop high-intensity particle accelerators, SCK•CEN said in a statement.
