21 Jun (NucNet): Belgium's Doel-3 and Tihange-2 nuclear reactors are operating at full power after being restarted earlier this month, the country's Federal Agency for Nuclear Control (FANC) said.
The two pressurised water reactors, operated by GDF Suez‘s Belgian subsidiary Electrabel, had been out of commercial operation since 2012 because of issues relating to flaws in their reactor pressure vessels (RPVs).
