Canadian engineering services and nuclear company AtkinsRéalis and Oxford Robotics Institute (ORI), the University of Oxford’s centre for robotics and artificial intelligence, have announced a new global partnership to accelerate the adoption of autonomous robotic solutions for the nuclear and energy sectors.

Through the partnership, advanced autonomous robotic solutions will be developed and tested, supporting the emerging field of physical AI, where intelligent systems are deployed safely and reliably in real‑world, safety‑critical environments.
