‘Pre-implementation’ agreement supports potential enrichment plant at Pelindaba.
A South African subsidiary of Quantum Leap Energy has signed a pre-implementation services contract with the South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (Necsa) aimed at advancing plans for a high-assay low-enriched uranium enrichment (Haleu) facility at the Pelindaba nuclear research site.
